Uh… because daddy forgot to sign up his baby for the SCM category?

I looked through that category in the wiki and those that looked to be actual 
SCMs I added to the list…

FWIW the idea was to include actual SCMs, so I may well have been wrong in 
including these others. WDYT? Should be only apply the more generous rule to 
actual SCMs, or also "SCM related" plugins?
