Hi Arshad, Nice document! There are improvement areas, which could really help the project and improve the user experience. We can review the notes in parallel, because many of them deserve improvement issues in the Jenkins bugtracker.
On the GSoC project side, I would recommend to narrow down the scope a bit. E.g. you could concentrate on several pages and perform deep improvements there. It makes the project more consistent and presentable, which is important for GSoC.
