What is a reasonable time between when a new plugin appears in https://updates.jenkins-ci.org/current/update-center.json and when you can see it in Jenkins available plugin list?
I am now after a couple of hours and I have no idea if it is normal that it is still not in the list, or if there is an issue to investigate. BTW, https://ci.jenkins-ci.org/job/Update%20Center/job/infra_update_center_v3/lastSuccessfulBuild/consoleText , where the docs direct you to check returns a 404.
