Is the POM `<maintainer>` even at all reliable? Could we additionally/instead check for the GitHub user(s) to perform recent releases and/or merge recent pull requests? > could do something like allow opt-in to GitHub based docs in the future That would be splendid, but I guess is part of a larger discussion about jenkins.io content aggregation from plugins.
