Hello everyone,

I would like to formally request admin permission on the Jenkinsci GitHub
organization: https://github.com/jenkinsci/

Why am I asking for this?

Two main reasons:

   - I have generally been helping with hosting and permissions setup since
a few years, and regularly have to nag Daniel or Oleg for fixing some
things that are requiring more permissions than I have.
Getting the permission would help spread the load, and avoid putting
unnecessary pressure on them when an action does require Admin permissions.
   - Secondarily, given my regular work, most recently for the Java 11
   initiative
   <https://jenkins.io/blog/2019/03/11/let-s-celebrate-java-11-support/>, I
often need to file PRs everywhere in the organization touching
Jenkinsfiles. But not being an admin, PRs will not use my change, and so
I'm back to nagging Oleg or Daniel is the maintainer is unavailable for
   whatever reason.

What I do NOT plan to do with these additional permissions:

   - Even if I could then be able to push directly anywhere, I will NOT
change my behavior compared to now.
I will act on various repositories as I'm doing now: in agreement with
current maintainers, and will use these permissions very carefully.

Complementary note: my GitHub account has 2FA enabled, my disk is
encrypted, and my passwords are all uniquely generated and stored using
KeePass.

Thank you
