+1 from me. Baptiste is a long-time contributor in the Jenkins project, and 
he contributes a lot to the project governance. He has also signed the 
project's ICLA. Baptiste already has a write access to the Jenkins Core, 
Repository Permission Updater, and Admin access on DockerHub. So he already 
has a good track of administrative access to the Jenkins infra components.

Having more people with admin access to jenkinsci would be definitely 
helpful, because we receive more and more org-level requests for apps and 
team management.
