As a potential applicant I did share one of the short drafts for the
proposal in the Jenkins developers group and would love to continue this
discussion on the meeting time proposed.
We could probably achieve a task list pre-GSOC if that is allowed in the
rules of GSOC that would give the potential participants a nice place to
start from.
Some of the tasks that we could achieve based on the discussion above that
could align our interests.
a)  Have a customizable jenkins builder where users could build their own
Jenkins distribution using very simple UI.
b) Have a set of ready-made distributions maintained by the respective
groups such as the AWS and have a centralized and easy to maintain
repository of such "Jenkins configurations".
