Perhaps this isn't the right forum for JIRA or accounts.jenkins.io issues - 
I'm currently struggling to reset my password. The sign up process confirms 
that my email and username are already in use. The reset link, however, is 
not being sent. Is a system down, or is my account otherwise locked?
