Try the password reset facility from https://beta.accounts.jenkins.io/
first.  If that does not work for you, then try the password reset facility
from https://accounts.jenkins.io/ .  If that also does not work, then
contact me by email at [email protected] and I'll assist you with
the reset process.

I'll need to know your Jenkins account username and the email address that
you believe is associated with that account.
