Nigel Robbins commented on JENKINS-12846:
-----------------------------------------
Hi,
Here's some more detail.
I am using Jenkins security (Jenkins's own user database) that saves
configuration information under $JENKINS_HOME/users (e.g.
/opt/jenkins/user1/config.xml).
I installed the periodic backup plugin and selected to backup ConfigOnly.
The backup ran fine last night and backed up *.xml files in $JENKINS_HOME and
under the jobs directory but not config files under the users directory.
Am I doing something wrong or does the plugin not backup config files under the
$JENKINS_HOME/users directory ?
Hope this clarifies things.
Thanks !
