At moment no. I thought about not adding notes, then providing a box that would
enable it. Or a box where you could fill the pattern for notes, using variables
to replace the values, something similar to what you do when configuring e-mail
alerts.
So for now, the default behaviour is add simple notes in TestLink, but probably
we could improve this feature ;)
