It would be really nice if we can add an exclusion list to this plugin.
A list of artifact ids to that will NOT trigger a build.
For example: I have a use-case where all my poms reference the same parent pom.
Now, when I commit and update to the parent pom, ALL of my project will be
triggered, which is not always desirable.
