Environment: Jenkins 1.443 is running on Windows XP. A Jenkins slave
node is running on Windows. I have a job that is designated to run only on the
slave node.

After careful investigation, when "Windows Batch" job or "Execute Shell"
executes on a slave node, the JAVA_HOME variable the job has set is the same as
the Jankins Master node, even if the Slave node has it defined otherwise.
