Steven Post commented on JENKINS-15964 All configuration screens are stuck "LOADING" This also occurs in 1.491 on the project configuration, same stacktrace in the logs. The first time this occurred I could get around it by removing the project and creating it again, however the error returned a day after. Upgraded to 1.492, same issue, then found this bug report.
