By 'fixed', I've meant that a build's result can't and shouldn't be changed after a certain stage in the build's run and certainly not after the build completed. This would literally open a can of worms IMHO. For example there are several 'reporters' (e.g. emailing build results) depending on the fact that the build status is fixed at a certain point in time. I'm not sure about the 'can't' part as you've certainly tried that changing the build status later works for you, right? But I'm positive about the 'shouldn't' part for the reasons mentioned above. I'm wondering why it's a problem for you that the build stays red after successful redeploying?
