Seems to be caused by https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commit/4942f66a1331b38c87866b156e026756d603d138.
But actually I see nothing in RunListener's Javadoc which hints that a RunListener my throw this exception to make the build fail.
So I'm not sure it this is a bug or was never supposed to work that way.
