I am seeing this problem at about 90000 Unit tests. A while back I saw it on a smaller number of tests and increased the heap size on the windows 7 jenkins node and was able to summarize more tests. I currently have java heap set to 6G and system is sluggish. Running Jenkins 1.509.1, debian 6 server, Windows 7 client.
