having a quick look at the memory dump (http://storage.exoplatform.org/public/tmp/jenkins-20140201-heap.bin.bz2) it confirms that this is due to the dashboard-view plugin and its LatestBuilds portlet but the problem cannot from it only.
I keep only 15 builds max and it worked before and I didn't touch to the dashboard plugin since its latest release in october
For me it must be related to a change in core or in maven jobs (thus the maven integration plugin).
If someone can have a look at the memory dump to give some advices...
