Was referring to the memory issue I suggested on the list. You're not able to just increase heap memory, are you?
I probably have no idea what I'm doing, but shouldn't a full heap dump be as large as available JVM memory, minus some non-heap memory? This one is just ~800MB, similar to what the thread dumps you linked from the mailing list reported at the end.
