Hm, strange: I had the same problem with Subversion Plugin 2.1 and Jenkins 1.532.1 LTS. Then I installed the support-core plugin to generate a bundle and now the SVN plugin seems to work again.
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, JDK 1.7.0_51
