I rather would not mark this issue as resolved yet. Just because it worked for me does not mean it works for everyone. Besides, upgrading the Subversion to version >=2.0 plugin should not break existing Jenkins installations. If it really is caused by some dependency on the Support Core plugin, at least it should be mentioned in the release notes.
