Before making any change to that label text, I'd rather we wait for the completion of the work that will enable help text to be associated with that field. I believe there is already a pull request submitted which will enable the help text on the "Branches to Build" field. The meaning of the content of that field is more complicated than a single label can reasonably express, so I'd rather include a more verbose description in the help text.
