The elastic-axis plugin 1.2 release includes a commit which was intended to fix this bug. Unfortunately, it seems to have made things worse rather than better. Axis selection conditions which I used previously ("windows , linux") do not seem to select any nodes with plugin 1.2, yet those same selections worked in plugin 1.1.
The "linux" portion of the selection is coming from an implied label (as provided by the implied labels plugin).
The "windows" portion of the selection is coming from a label provided by the platform labeler,
