Daniel Beck resolved JENKINS-8876 as Cannot Reproduce Build summary page with a lot of changesets in a mercurial-based project takes a lot of time to load Cannot Reproduce with Jenkins 1.564, Mercurial Plugin 1.50. Created a job, configured Mercurial SCM, and inserted the build data into builds folder. Reloaded config from disk. The (quite long) build overview page and changes page load both in <1 second.
