It certainly can. I'm still doubtful it should – it's supposed to be a short + succinct summary of changes, not an embedded changes list. You seem to place a high importance on the revision and committer that I doubt is universal.

Here is what I do:

  1. open build detail page
  2. look at possible standard violation count increase in graphs and in numbers
  3. see the commit message
  4. don't see who did a commit to go and blame him

If I want to see changed files, then I of course go a do so on separate page. I'm just missing commit author on "Build Summary" page to be consistent with "Changes" page.
