Perhaps I'm being stupid here but I can't see any way to make this not ask for access:
{Repositories
Public and private
This application will be able to read and write all public and private repo data. This includes the following:
Code
Issues
Pull requests
Wikis
Settings
Webhooks and services
Deploy keys}
Is there a way (beyond downgrading) to make it so it only needs to look at public repositories? Really I think it would be ideal if this could request only {read:org} permissions if this is based on organisation ownership.
Thanks for the great plugin!
