Description: After below Windows security patches applied to our Jenkins servers running Windows Windows Server 2008 R2, Jenkins  becames  became  unresponsive in a few minutes Jenkins/Jenkins Slave services started. We observe this bug on 3  seperate  separate  machines with same configurations, 1 Jenkins master, 2 Jenkins slaves:

Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2926765)
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2871997)
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2953522)

For Jenkins master server: Jenkins became unresponsive in a few minutes windows service starts. Service seems as continuing running, but we cannot get response from Jenkins web server.

For Jenkins slave server: Jenkins became unresponsive in a few minutes then windows Service stops automatically.

We suffered this problem during 1,5 days until we found problem starts after the patch installation. We uninstalled the patches, rebooted the machines and the issue is solved. We're running Jenkins in stable condition for a week, after patch uninstallation.

Any help on the issue will be appreciated!
