Actually we couldn't have any workaround to solve this issue and still waiting patches uninstalled until the issue is solved. We contacted with Microsoft, but they said this should be a Jenkins related issue since they've no other feedback from customers.
We would be more than happy to assist Jenkins developers by providing any information or log needed.
