Windows refuses to remove files or directories which are busy. Based on the output in consoleText.txt, I suspect that a program (or programs) is still running on that computer which has one or more of the directories busy.
Since you're using the command line git implementation, it is unlikely that git is the cause of that directory being busy.
Use the Windows process listing from task manager to see if you can identify the program or programs which are keeping those directories busy.
