There is an environment variable that is set when the job runs ${SHAREDSPACE_SCM_URL}. which give you access to the git url. GitHub oauth plugin checks each job when authenticating the view for the git repo url. Because the job is not running the variable is null. Completely avoiding this variable resolved my issue
