The warnings are created because Jenkins cannot serialize some objects in its hierarchy for the API. Find out who calls the API every five seconds and stop that. By default, nothing does that.
URLs are different as almost every URL has an API endpoint, but they always end in /api/xml or /api/json, possibly with query string.
