Yes. what is running every few seconds that would be trying to export? (We run a very vanilla Jenkins installation and were surprised to see this.) The logged stack trace should have a call to a doApi method somewhere, which corresponds to the .../api/(xml|json) URLs. Someone's using the Jenkins REST API.
