Needed at least from current stack trace logging code in GitHubPushTrigger.start and GitHubRepositoryName.resolve; probably also GitHubWebHook.login. Rather than use Logger.log(WARNING, String, Throwable), should set a transient Throwable-valued flag in GitHubPushTrigger (cleared at the beginning of start when newInstance), displayed somehow.
