I have a similar issue with hung threads. I can't do a svn clean update or execute maven clean goal. I must restart the jenkins instance to remove the hung thread. How do I implement the H2's FILE_LOCK=SERIALIZED option. I'm using the "Invoke OWASP Dependency check analysis" in the post build step followed by the report generation step.
