The machine (Centos 5) has locale set to this value. If I login via ssh, it is correct:

Anyway if I display the log in plaintext everything is OK. I expect that the plaintext output is then parsed to get HTML version, so I would expect the problem to be here. If the problem is in non-ascii character, I would expect locale setting to be problem, but apostrophe should be fine?
