Description:

All the current links to the hue API documentation lead to 404 errors.
This affects the plugin description page as well as the internal help links to the meethue.com API docs.
All the links need to be changed to http://www.developers.meethue.com/documentation/getting-started
There are some single API pages available on the meethue.com pages, but they are only accessible if the user is logged on to their page.
