Description:

The current implementation of the HipChat plugin is wasting quite some space in the configuration section of each job. Even on jobs which one does not want to configure HipChat at all.
The problem is, that the plugin is using properties on job level to configure the room and the events.
Instead it should use configuration in the PostBuildAction (maybe even with an advanced button).
