1. By doing recreating build jobs based on the their config.xml files we will loose build history for all jobs, right? That is very bad news for us.
2. Question: as I understand from your description, the goal here to have unique value of the Integrity - CM Configuration Name, right? In this case why not to use name of the build job as value for Integrity - CM Configuration Name? It is unique for sure between all build jobs
