Kenneth Baltrinic reopened JENKINS-26761 WorkflowJob.getSCMs throws NullPointerException from notifyCommit hooks after Jenkins Restart This problem went away mysteriously and so when you could not reproduce, I let it go. Now it is back and I have dug in a little deeper. Your request to attach the build.xml for the last successful build may point to the crux of the issue: this job has four failed builds and no successful ones.
