As noted on Feb 21 I tried to reproduce using the somewhat vague instructions originally given, and failed, taking note of the exact steps I used. It is possible this is only reproducible under some more specific circumstances that have not been described yet. I would certainly like to fix the issue, but I see nothing wrong by code inspection, so without a way to reproduce locally I cannot debug further.
