After having a quick look I guess this is about having some sort of an integration with the workflow-plugin. A plugin, which on its own Wiki page points to a different plugin as an alternative?
I'm just not entirely sure it is worthwhile to introduce a dependency on workflow-plugin to implement this requirement.
Could you point me to other plugins that integrate with these Steps by any chance?
