Running in Jenkins.
Running v. 1.30 of the plugin
Followed the tutorial from the wiki.
I was looking at the XML diffs by using the Jenkins jobConfigHistory plugin.
I guess this is pretty minor, since only the diff from "created" to "first update" has this noise. From "first update" to "second update" and on, you have the combined tag for any empty elements so the diff disappears.
