Hi,

Click on any build in the build history.
On that page, Jenkins is telling you what triggered the build.
If it was manually triggered by someone, you'll have the message "Started
by [UserName]" (assuming you only have authenticated users).

By the way, if you want to see directly what triggered a build from the job
page along with each build in the build history panel, you can use the
BuildTriggerBadgePlugin :-).
