The jess50a3 applet throws exception with Netscape 4.5
netscape.security.AppletSecurityException: security.checkResourceAccess
...

If I load jess with arguments at the begining it does not work properly as
in the privious release. My batch file uses load-packeges and these pakages
uses the other default packages. in the main class if you could batch a
file after loading the packages as in other vesions i think it would be
better.
