The first is a paper in a journal whose contents are not available
online (things were different 20 years ago!) Head to a university
library to try and get it. 

The second is a book, and so you need to buy it. You can find it at
Amazon.com. Note that "Giarrantano and Riley" is a typo - his name is
Joseph Giarratano -- only one "n."
