gives us access to the source code and royalty-free
permission to distribute Jess with our commercial
product.
For commercial products like ours, a GNU license would
be much MORE restrictive than the licensing
terms provided by Sandia.
Just my two cents. Of course, you're free
to work on a GPL'd Rete engine if you want to.
