I'm not really at liberty to say. My understanding is
that Sandia will negotiate the cost and terms of the
license on an individual basis, based on your needs
and the size of your organization.

For our purposes, the Sandia license is quite
reasonable. I'm also personally very happy with
Ernest's (the main Jess architect) responsiveness
to our suggestions and bugfixes (which means we
don't HAVE to modify the Jess code because we can
usually get Ernest to fix bugs and/or add
reasonable features).
