Enterprise has immediate openings for Consulting Engineers assisting clients
with the implementation of business applications involving artificial
intelligence to automate business rules. Typical industries include financial
services and insurance, along with cross-industry CRM applications
(personalization and 1-1 marketing).
Specific duties will include:
- assist and guide clients in building knowledge bases and the general use of our natural language rules authoring and management tool Authorete
- assist clients with the implementation and integration of a rules engine (CIA Server) into their application environment
- conduct pre-sales technical support
- conduct web-based and client site-based training courses
- build domain-specific knowledge bases using Authorete for sales/demo purposes
- solicit client feedback for incorporation into new product releases
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science
- 2-4 years previous client consulting experience
- strong client relationship building skills
- good project management/organization skills
- ability to recognize/develop new opportunities while engaged
- 2-4 years programming experience in C/C++, Java, Visual Basic
- 2+ years experience writing software for Microsoft Windows
- familiarity with relational database technology
- previous experience/familiarity with knowledge-based rules systems (CLIPS a plus)
- ability to travel up to 65% of the time - worldwide
