i've installed JDK1.3.1 . the problem is i still can't run Jess. since i'm using the binary-distribution, i didn't alter the CLASSPATH. anything wrong with it? i'm trying to run the Jess examples in the Jess6a2\ directory using COMMAND.COM shell ( my OS is WindowsME). pls highlight my mistakes.
