The JSR94 RI review package was not supposed to ship with a Jess
distribution, but it apparently did. That distribution is now
expired. 

All you need to do is find the file "jess.jar" in the JSR94
distribution and replace it with a copy of the one from the Jess
distribution you downloaded separately.
